Lil Wayne has been locked up in Rikers Island since March, however, thanks to his tireless work ethic, he has an EP and album already set to hit the streets. The music video “I’m Not A Human Being,” which is displayed below, is the lead 
single off of his EP of the same name, which is set to drop September 27, Lil Wayne’s 28th birthday. A teaser of this vid circulated last month, now here’s the full deal; and if all goes according to plan, The Carter IV will drop the same day Weezy is a free man again, on November 4.
