Worst Driver in Arizona Sighting

A while back my fam & I decided to go to 5 & Diner for dinner. Then this truck completely cut off the car in front of us and then moved to the lane to the right but was later slowed down by traffic. Since it was halted by traffic, I decided to to snap a quick photo of the driver as we passed by. Suddenly, the erratic driving made sense. Take a look at the picture I took…
So today my sister said she witnessed a sighting of this horrible driver again. This time, luckily, the car was parked!
How hard is it to get a license in AZ these days? Obviously too easy!
