Ah man! Not good news at all! This is my cousin’s uncle.. he got killed for no good reason!! I really hope they caught the people who did this. Just the thought that I was there with my cousin and his uncles chilling a couple of hours before this happen playing Foosball gives me the chills. RIP Luis Valenzuela.
AVONDALE, Ariz. – The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting early Friday at a gas station. According to investigators, an argument led to the shooting around 1:30 a.m.
Authorities are searching for the shooter who killed a 28-year-old man who was driving a pickup truck at 107th Avenue and west Indian School Road.
After the shooting, the truck crashed into a ditch and the shooter fled.
Two others riding the truck were not injured.
The intersection of 107th Avenue and Indian School Road was closed for hours. Drivers were being advised to use 99th Avenue or Camelback Roads as alternates.
